Review by hotel critic
Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a seamless check-in process, even accommodating my late arrival with efficiency and grace. The room was a delightful retreat, featuring air conditioning that kept the space comfortably cool after a day's exploration. I especially appreciated the convenience of the electric kettle, allowing me to enjoy a hot cup of tea while unwinding after my adventures. The hotel's location was perfect-just a short walk from both the train station and the city's main attractions, making it an ideal base for any traveler. Hotel Cosmos offers a perfect blend of hospitality, comfort, and unbeatable value for money, making it a highly recommended choice for anyone visiting Florence.
